1. Eligibility: The Forget Me Not Flower Market Indoor Plant Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Forget Me Not Flower Market are not eligible to participate. 2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on September 23, 2023, and ends on December 8th, 2023 (“Entry Period”). 3. How to Enter: • To enter, participants must attend the Forget Me Not Flower Market’s Annual National Indoor Plant Weekend Event held on September 23 & 24. • Upon attending the event, participants must make a purchase from Forget Me Not Flower Market to be eligible to enter the Giveaway. • Each purchase made during the event entitles the participant to one entry into the Giveaway. 4. Prize: • One (1) winner will receive a six-month subscription to receive a different 4-inch indoor plant in a nursery pot delivered to their home every month, with shipping included. The total approximate value of the prize is $136.95. • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods or services. 5. Photo Submission: • As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must provide photographs of each plant upon its arrival, showcasing the plant, packaging, and/or plant parent. • Forget Me Not Flower Market and HousePlantSale.com reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website content, and advertising materials, without additional compensation to the winner. • By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to grant Forget Me Not Flower Market and HousePlantSale.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display these photographs in any medium.
