Golden Pothos thrive in bright but indirect sunlight and quickly adapt to medium and low-light conditions. Growth will tend to be slower in these conditions, but the plant should remain healthy. This versatile plant can adjust to fluorescent lights, making it a fabulous option for office plants.

• Mist frequently to help the vines attach to a stake or trellis by promoting high root growth and keeping the foliage looking its best.
• Golden Pothos prefers warmer temperatures between 65°F – 85°F. Cold temperatures should be avoided.
• When watering, allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Don’t let the soil always sit wet. Reduce the frequency of water to light or moderate watering in winter. You can keep an eye on the leaves for well-being signs.

• If the leaves are perky, green, and glossy, your Pothos is thriving.
• If the leaves turn brown or wilting, you’re not watering your Devil’s Ivy enough.
• Yellow leaves on a Pothos are a sign of over-watering and root rot or excessive amounts of light.

• Pothos plants don’t have to be planted in the soil; they will also thrive in a container with water. If you grow your Photo in soil, any potting mix is excellent. Remember that a plant that’s gotten used to being in just water may not do too well if transferred to soil.
• Apply a balanced (20-20-20) fertilization and a soil-based potting mix when potting indoors. When growing outdoors, grow in fertile, moist, well-drained soil in whole light to partial shade.
