If you happen to receive a plant on its last leaf or it kicks the bucket within 30 days of arrival, we’ll leaf you with a refund. Snap a pic of your plant, and we’ll issue a refund or a fresh green buddy.

While slight signs of transit-related stress are expected in live plants, if the damage surpasses minor imperfections, connect with us within 30 days of delivery for a complimentary replacement. This assurance encompasses all online purchases within the initial 30-day window.

*Heat packs and thermal liners will be used as needed. Our team will determine the use of heat packs and thermal liners prior to shipment.

🚚 Courier hiccups and vanishing acts? We can’t wave a magic wand for those. Lost in transit and courier delays aren’t part of our guarantee.

📦 If your plant gets roughed up during its journey and doesn’t fit the criteria mentioned below, don’t fret – we’ve got your back with either a refund or a replacement.

Remember, if your plant pal arrives with a few battle scars, we’ll refund the plant itself but not the shipping cost.

You can aid your plant’s recovery by gently pruning any foliage that suffered during shipping, such as bent stems or yellowing leaves. This thoughtful act directs energy toward new, vigorous growth.   • Please note that we can only ship plants to the 48 states within the contiguous US.
  • Plants are sent in their plastic nursery pots; decorative pots pictured on product photos are only included with plant purchases if you select and purchase
  • the specific pot type when available.
  • Each plant will arrive with care instructions attached to your order receipt, helping you embark on your plant care journey.
    All our plants are shipped from Florida, and while we take every precaution to ensure safe shipping, the journey can still be challenging for live plants.

If your plant arrives damaged, kindly get in touch within five days of delivery. In the event that your plant initially arrived in excellent condition but declined soon after, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Replacement or refund eligibility applies if your plant has lost most leaves or visible pests are detected within the initial days.

However, please be aware that your plant won’t be eligible for replacement or refund if it:

  • Exhibits natural blemishes or scarring.
  • It has lost only a few leaves, while the foliage remains healthy.
  • Has been repotted or altered.
  • Reports pests after five days of delivery.
  • In the rare case that your plant arrives deceased, we’ll gladly provide a complimentary replacement or issue a refund. For more insights, explore our FAQs

Several categories of merchandise cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards and downloadable goods
  • We need a receipt or other purchase verification form to process your return.

Refunds

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know we got the items back. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If you get the thumbs up, we’ll process your refund and issue a credit to your original payment method in a few days. No worries, it’ll happen automatically.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, double-check with your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Hey, you should reach out to your bank. Sometimes it takes a little while for a refund to show up. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t gotten your refund, contact us at [email protected].

Sale items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for a refund. Sale products are not refundable. Items are only replaced if they are damaged. If you need to swap it for an identical item, please contact us at [email protected].

Gifts

A gift credit will be issued for your return if the product was purchased as a gift and mailed directly to you. We’ll reward you with a voucher when we get your returned item. We’ll provide the original purchaser a refund plus send them an email telling them you returned an item that wasn’t present or sent to the purchaser’s address so they could give it to you later.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your postage charges if you need to return an item. Shipping fees are final and cannot be refunded. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you are eligible for one. The time it takes to get the items you swapped for to arrive will vary. If you are returning a costly item, you should choose a delivery service that can be tracked or get shipping insurance. There is no assurance that your returned goods will be received.
