– Express Shipping or Thermal Liners depending on the severity of the weather.
– Cold Weather Protection Guarantee – If you order arrives with cold damage when the shipping protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund.

*We recommend adding Winter Protection to your orders if average daytime temps in the area drop below 50 Degrees F, and we will add heat packs as necessary to these orders. If temps drop below 0 Degrees, we will hold off on the shipment entirely until the weather warms up, and will contact you if this happens.
