1. Eligibility: The Forget Me Not Flower Market Indoor Plant Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Forget Me Not Flower Market are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on September 23, 2023, and ends on December 22nd, 2023 (“Entry Period”).
3. How to Enter:
• Sign up to enter the giveaway and marketing list.
• Upon submission, contestants can complete additional steps to increase your chances to win.
4. Prize: • One (1) winner will receive a six-month subscription to receive a different 4-inch indoor plant in a nursery pot delivered to their home every month, with shipping included. The total approximate value of the prize is $147.00.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
5. Photo Submission:
• As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must provide photographs of each plant upon its arrival, showcasing the plant, packaging, and/or plant parent.
• Forget Me Not Flower Market and HousePlantSale.com reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website content, and advertising materials, without additional compensation to the winner.
• By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to grant Forget Me Not Flower Market and HousePlantSale.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display these photographs in any medium. This section clarifies the requirement for photo submissions and outlines how those photos may be used by Forget Me Not Flower Market and HousePlantSale.com.
6. Winner Selection:
• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The drawing will take place on December 23rd, 2023, at Forget Me Not Flower Market’s premises.
• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. General Conditions:
• Forget Me Not Flower Market & HousePlantSale.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Forget Me Not Flower Market & HousePlantSale.com is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Forget Me Not Flower Market & HousePlantSale.com from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

9. Governing Law: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
